The USB COM-I SI converter made in renforced plastic is ideal for marine environment. It adds a RS422 - RS485 serial port through the USB.

The USB COM-I SI converter contains a 128 byte internal transmission buffer and a 384 byte receptor. It can transfer up to 921Kbps. No external power supply, power supplied by the USB bus.

Includes a 90cm long USB cable.

The RS422/485 port is like a standard COM port and installs over existing COM or COM4 depending on the operating system.

Drivers included for Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP, Apple OS-8, OS-9 and OS-X, Linux.
