Designed for industrial application, this 8 serial port USB-RS232 is ideal for marine conditions. It has an external power supply. The TX/RX status diodes on each port allow diagnosis of eventual connectivity problems. The USB-RS232 8 port converter contains a 128 byte internal transmission buffer and a 384 byte receptor. It can transfer up to 921Kbps. A power supplying adapter is included in the pack. Includes a 90cm long USB cable. All 8 RS232 ports are like standard COM ports and install over existing COM or COM4 depending on the operating system.
